The Skills Grids are intended for progress monitoring. All instructional adults in the classroom should carry the grids, perhaps on a clipboard, to capture skills progress as observed. Additionally, they can then sit and discuss the students to ensure they are capturing all of the data.
While the executive function skills grids are based on the book, Building Executive Function: The Missing Link to Student Achievement, all other grids are subject to modification to meet individual students' needs, grade levels, and IEPs.
